Illyse Singer

ILLYSE SINGER is a Miami native, who moved to New York City in the early 2000’s to pursue her love of film, comedy and music. A regular of New York’s unique nightlife scene, Illyse began to DJ the clubs she loved to frequent. Illyse Singer has held residencies and gained notoriety while DJing at Le Baron, Electric Room, The Jane Hotel, The Wooly, Kenmare, Le Bain, Lit Lounge, and The Annex in New York. She has DJed parties for the likes of Marina Abramovic, Performa, Refinery29, The Journal Magazine, Ladygunn Magazine, Facebook, Foursquare, Art Basel, BMI, 7 For All Mankind, and DKNY. She currently DJ’s with pop star Natalia Kills during her live performances. Illyse Singer started taking classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade in January 2014. She fell in love with improv and now does stand-up comedy. You can catch her performing at Caroline’s on Broadway and Greenwich Village Comedy Club.
